PLEASE NOTE that we will not be shipping out orders from 20th Dec (after mid-day) – 3rd January as our team take a well-earned break, apologies for any inconvenience. If you would like to cancel your order, please send a note to mrblackaus@diageo.com. Any orders made over this time will be shipped on 3rd January and you will receive the Aramex tracking number.
Deliveries will be dispatched within 48 hours of completed order (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays) and payment has been received. They are dispatched from Bundaberg Distilling Company, 37 Avenue Street, Bundaberg East, QLD 4670. You will receive a notification from Aramex to let you know your order has been shipped and is on its way to you.
Orders placed outside office hours and weekends will be not processed until the following business day.
Please note: Delivery timelines are a guideline and subject to any unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond Mr Black Spirits's reasonable control. If we are aware of a delay we will contact you.
If the recipient has provided incorrect or out-of-date details, Mr Black Spirits, is not liable for incorrect or unclaimed delivery.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
Returns of Goods will only be accepted if the Goods are faulty or should we make an error with your order. We do not accept change-of-mind returns.
