CINCO DE MAYO
Cinco de Mayo is an annual celebration held on May the 5th. A predominately Mexican-American tradition, it celebrates the victory by the Mexican Army over French colonists in the 1862. The day has become synonymous with a celebration of Mexican culture, and for that reason, a tequila and coffee cocktail is the order of the day.

PALOMA NEGRA
Mr Black Coffee Liqueur – 30 ml
Tequila / Mezcal – 25 ml
Top with Grapefruit Soda
Salt rim the glass.
Combine ingredients & ice. Top with Soda.
Garnish with Grapefruit wedge.

Mr Black Coffee Liqueur – 30 ml
Tequila / Mezcal – 25 ml
Lime Juice – 30 ml
Agave Syrup – 15 ml
Salt rim the glass.
Shake with ice.
