Ingredients
90ml Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
45ml Espresso/ strong coffee
4 hollow Easter eggs to serve
Method
Gently cut the tops off your Easter eggs.
Add ingredients to cocktail shaker with ice. Shake hard! Strain equally across the eggs.
Garnish with a coffee bean.
Recipe makes approx 4 mini cocktails, depending on egg size. Increase recipe in a ratio of 2:1 (Mr Black : Espresso)
