Easter cocktails: Mini Eggspresso Martini

Make this year’s Easter Egg Hunt more exciting for the adults with our Mini Eggspresso Martinis (sorry about the pun, it had to be done).

Mini Eggspresso Martini

Ingredients

90ml Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
45ml Espresso/ strong coffee
4 hollow Easter eggs to serve

Method

Gently cut the tops off your Easter eggs.

Add ingredients to cocktail shaker with ice. Shake hard! Strain equally across the eggs.

Garnish with a coffee bean.

Recipe makes approx 4 mini cocktails, depending on egg size. Increase recipe in a ratio of 2:1 (Mr Black : Espresso)
