We’ve teamed up with Melbourne coffee institution, ST. ALi on a special edition Single Origin Coffee Liqueur.
ST. ALi travelled to Peru to handpick the ‘El Diamante’ coffee, grown by Apolinar Arevalo on his farm in the Cajamarca region. Experts at ST. ALi collaborated with Mr Black head of coffee, Dr Detlef Mohr, to create the perfect roast for this bean.
To fully appreciate the complex flavour profile, this limited edition release is best enjoyed on the rocks.
