Mr Mocha

Ingredients

1 hollow Easter egg
1 shot of espresso (or other hot coffee)
30ml Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
Dash of cream

Method

Split egg lengthways. Place half of the egg in a small heatproof cup under your espresso machine. Pull espresso shot (or use other hot coffee) and watch the chocolate melt.

Add a shot of Mr Black and a dash of cream. Stir and garnish with the other Easter egg half.

Serve with a warm hot cross bun!
